1. Confirmation in writing is required for each function before Diveen's Cuisine will undertake to cater for that event.

2. Final numbers must be given ten working days prior to the event.

3. The prices shown are a guide and a firm price will be given on final confirmation.

4. All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.

5. Payment to be made by cash, cheque payable to Diveen's Cuisine.

6. Cancellations will not be accepted with in 10 days of the event or a 100% payment will be required.

7. All descriptions of menu items will be adhered to where possible, subject to seasonal availability. In the event that produce is not available a suitable equivalent will be substituted.
